I. Subject of a binding order

1. Tenant shall be provided with a vehicle and back up services of the type and outfit as per the reservation confirmation issued on the basis of tenant’s order.

2. Lessor reserves the right to provide tenant with a comparable vehicle and that is for the price agreed in the case that the required vehicle cannot be provided to tenant

3.Reservation of a vehicle is kept for no longer than 1 hour after agreed takeover time. In the case of an important reason the time (hour) of take over can be changed by agreement. After the lapse of this time reservation is considered as cancelled and tenant is obliged to pay cancellation fee in the amount of 10 % of rental fee.

4.Vehicle must be returned in the agreed time and place, in compliance with the office hours. In the case of a late return another day of rental shall be charged, respectively for each 24 hours started. In the case of non-disclosure of this fact to lessor a penalty in accordance with on-line car rental price list shall be charged.

5.Car rental contract shall be made up at a branch office of the on-line car rental (unless both parties agree otherwise) when taking over the vehicle along with giving security (advancement on participation) in an amount as per on-line car rental price list and along with payment of the rental price in compliance with the document issued when making up the contact.

6. Tenant must satisfy the legal requirements for driving a motor vehicle and the minimum age limit of 21 years. Rented vehicle must not be used for purposes specified in the Contract.

II. Order confirmation / order cancellation

1. Confirmation of realized order shall be sent to tenant to the selected contact after processing of data for confirmation of the reservation stated in the order.

2.Rent duration and schedule may be changed even after the final confirmation of order. Reordering is always possible as long as the vehicle is available for the stipulated period.

3. Conditions agreed at takeover of the vehicle must not be changed without lessor’s express consent.

4 . On-line car rental reserves the right to withdraw from contract without indication of reasons.

III. Documents necessary for conclusion of a contract

a) Private entrepreneurs: abstract of the Companies Register (trade license), power of attorney from a statutory representative, driver’s identification card or passport: driver’s license, B category

b) Physical persons: identification card, passport or certificate of birth, driver’s license, B category, credit card, eventually cash.

In the case that tenant has received reservation confirmation it must be presented when concluding car rental contract.

Advancement on participation in the case of occurrence of loss in the amount of 10.000, - CZK (also possible by immobilization on a credit card)

We accept payment by embossed credit cards of the types VISA,VISA electron,MasterCard,MasterCard electronic,Maestro,Diners Club International,JCB CARDS,American Expres.

IV. Conditions of fee-based services for EASY RENT cars

1. Assistance service: the service includes escort of an assistance vehicle FREE OF CHARGE within the entire territory of the Czech Republic. In the case of an order of "Drive outside the Czech Republic" the assistance service shall apply FREE OF CHARGE to outland. It does not apply to damages incurred on tyres, damages incurred by improper operation (e.g. fuel, roof grid, chains, etc.), to replacement of lamps and in the case that tenant runs out of fuel. In the case of unauthorized start of an assistance vehicle or if the service has not been agreed on the fees in accordance with on-line car rental price list shall be charged.

2. Replacement vehicle (hereinafter referred to as RV): the service includes provision of a replacement vehicle FREE OF CHARGE. If the service has not been agreed on the fees for RV shall be charged in accordance with on-line car rental price list.

3. Withdrawal of vehicle: the service includes withdrawal of a rented vehicle within the territory of the Czech Republic. In the case of an order of "Drive outside the Czech Republic" the withdrawal service shall also apply to outland. If the service has not been agreed it shall be charged in accordance with on-line car rental price list.

4. Cleaning of vehicle: vehicles must be returned completely clean. Vehicle is considered clean, if: exterior – car body, tyre-covers and windows must not have visible dirt (e.g.: mud, insects), interior – seats, place for legs, dashboard etc. must be clean (e.g.: without breaches, scratches, dirty spots, must not contain garbage). In any other case a penalty for cleaning shall be charged as per the price list of on-line car rental.

V. Conditions of fee-based services for all cars

1. Drive abroad: allows driving a rented vehicle outside the Czech Republic (within the territory of the EU countries). In the case of an unauthorized drive out of the Czech Republic tenant shall be charged with a standard fee for such service plus penalty 10.000,- CZK.

2. Another driver: vehicle can be driven by another (second) driver who must be stated in the car rent contract. This (second) driver must present documents necessary fro conclusion of contract, and tenant warrants that the second driver satisfies legal requirements for driving a motor vehicle. If lessor finds out that the vehicle has been left for driving to some other person and that service has not been agreed on, then a standard fee for this service shall be additionally charged + penalty of 10.000.- CZK. Moreover, all back up services ordered shall be cancelled, and tenant shall bear the entire risks connected with possible accident or damage on the subject of rent.

3. Road assistance within the scope of services stipulated in article IV. Paragraphs 1. 2 .3. (Assistance service. Replacement vehicle and Withdrawal of vehicle) is not included in the rental price for the EASY RENT cars in the case of a breakdown or an accident uncaused by tenant and must be additionally ordered in the form of insurance.
Unless insurance has been arranged for this situation, the services shall be charged as per the price list of on-line car rental. In the case of breakdowns or accidents caused by tenant the services are charged in compliance with the price list of on-line car rental.

4. Fuel: tenant is obliged to return a vehicle with the same quantity of fuel in the fuel tank as contained at the time of takeover. Otherwise a penalty in the amount of 190,-CZK shall be charged and the fuel shall be compensated in accordance with the actual prices for fuel.

VI. Tenant’s liability for damage

1. Tenant is obliged to declare to lessor and the Czech Police on any occurrence of loss, including such occurrence that does not imply Damage to rented vehicle, damage or destruction of vehicle, theft of vehicle or its part. Furthermore, tenant is obliged to fill in a form “Car accident record " which he has obtained with the vehicle documentation, to secure a list of all participants, witnesses, vehicles and other subjects concerned. In the case of nonfulfilment of this obligation a possible sanction of insurance company shall be exercised on tenant.

2. Tenant is obliged to meet all expenses which shall not be covered by insurance and which are connected with adjustment of the claim incurred to the vehicle and its accessories or with operation of the vehicle within the time of rent.

3. In the case that the expenses of adjustment of claim can be exercised on the insurance company where the vehicle is insured, tenant is obliged to pay a part of expenses for adjustment of claim in the amount of participation which has been chosen when renting the vehicle and to pay for withdrawing to a place defined by lessor. In the case of a theft of rented vehicle tenant is obliged to pay lessor participation in the amount of 5 - 30% of purchase price of the vehicle depending on the form of participation which has been selected by tenant when concluding the Contract. Furthermore, tenant is obliged to pay lessor for all authorised claims or eventual deductions of the insurance company.

4. Tenant shall settle the entire Losses, including profit lost for the duration of vehicle repair, that have occurred as a result of driving the rented vehicle being intoxicated or impaired.

5.Tenant agrees that lessor is eligible to exercise rental fee or possible additional billing and penalties from the tenant’s credit card or from the advance payment (advancement on participation).

VIl. Protection of personal data

Tenant agrees that lessor can save and use tenant’s personal data for the purpose of execution of contract. These personal data shall be provided to third persons, only if lessor considers it to be unavoidable in order to avert or keep off an illegal or punishable behaviour.

VlIl. Penalties

1. Return of a dirty subject of rent  490,- CZK

2. Damage to interior  990,- CZK + loss incurred

3. Loss or damage to registration certificate, insurance, green card 990,-CZK / piece

4. Loss of obligatory vehicle equipment 490,-CZK/piece

5. Underflow fuel 190,-CZK + fuel

6.Loss of remote control keys 9.900,- CZK

7. Loss of keys control 490,- CZK /piece

8.Kilometre above the free kilometres limit 3,50 CZK/km

IX. One-day rent

1. In the case of one-day rent (24 hours) immobilization (returnable advance payment) is stated in the amount of 30.000.- CZK

X. Action weekend

Takeover on Friday 14:00- 17:30 Return: Monday 09:00- 1:30

Takeover and return of vehicle must be executed only in the branch office. Advancement on participation in the amount of 5.000, - 20.000,- to CZK, immobilization on an embossed credit card (not debit card) is possible.

Weekend includes 400 kilometres for free, obligatory insurance, toll sticker for the territory of the Czech Republic, theft insurance, vandalism insurance, 3 accidents. Furthermore, such services as assistant, second driver and radio-set for free.

In the case of excess of limits – action weekend standard prices and fees shall be charged, including penalties, as per the price list and rules of on-line car rental.

XI. Delivery and payment conditions

The above mentioned prices are without VAT in the amount of 19%. Therefore the above mentioned prices must be calculated adding VAT.

XII. Free kilometres

Basic rental price for all vehicles includes a limit of 100 kilometres per day (in the case of a rent longer than one day the limits are summed up). Each kilometre above this limit shall be charged in an amount of 3.50 CZK. Tenant can choose the entry "free kilometres” in the price list. In this case the amount of kilometres shall be unlimited.
